After 28 years of experience in Human Resources, I founded Groff-Swint HR & Employee Relations to pursue my passion for HR by partnering with clients that share my beliefs and values of the "Human" aspect of Human  Resources 

I believe in the power of HR to create positive change, and I lead with compassion and empathy in every interaction. 

Groff-Swint HR & Employee Relations was established to allow me to do what I love—partnering with some of the best companies and clients to provide expert HR business solutions that make a meaningful impact.
