After almost 30 years of experience in Human Resources, I founded Groff-Swint HR & Employee Relations to pursue my passion for HR by partnering with clients that share my beliefs and values of the "Human" aspect of Human  Resources 

I believe in the power of HR to create positive change, and I lead with compassion and empathy in every interaction. 

Groff-Swint HR & Employee Relations was established to allow me to do what I love—partnering with some of the best companies and clients to provide expert HR business solutions that make a meaningful impact.

As a seasoned Senior Human Resources and Legal professional, I have a wealth of experience in consulting, legal compliance, leadership development, and driving high-performance teams.

My approach is grounded in strong regulatory knowledge, clear communication, and a calm, approachable presence—helping leaders make confident, well-informed decisions that support both the business and its people.
