Caroline began her professional career as an Employment Law Paralegal in the U.S. Steel corporate law department. She quickly developed a passion for employee relations and decided to transition into Human Resources. Her first HR role was in the banking industry, and she has also provided HR support in the wireless industry, retail space, public safety, and more. She has over 26 years of combined experience in HR and Employment Law. Over the years she has mostly been in HR Manager and HR Business Partner roles.

Caroline earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Psychology from Lamar University, out of her passion for people, relationships, and human interactions. Her years in employment law developed a keen interest in all aspects of the employee experience, and the importance thereof. The transition into Human Resources came naturally, as Caroline understands that the “human” side of any business is the most crucial.
Caroline’s years of experience in building trusting relationships has enabled her to earn the reputation of being a trusted HR partner for her clients. Her ability to communicate clearly, honestly, and with empathy and respect has resulted in the optimum business outcome for all employee relations concerns. Caroline is also passionate about company culture, and believes that fostering a positive company culture through respect, inclusion, humor, and fun contributes strongly to company success.
Caroline and her family moved to Scottsdale, AZ in 2020. She spends most of her free time exploring the beautiful Sonoran Desert, swimming in her pool, or reading a good book. She is an avid animal lover, and currently has a rescue dog named Dyno. She has spent years volunteering at animal shelters and is an advocate for animal adoption.
